Thao serves as the in country Senior Program Coordinator for the Higher Engineering Education Alliance Program. Thao is based out of the office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and serves as support to the local operations. Prior to joining the team, Thao was a Program Coordinator at the Center for International Education and the Office of International Cooperation at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH), Vietnam National University. Thao has a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistic and Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Vietnam National University. She earned a post graduate certificate in Media and Communications Management from the University of Stirling, Scotland.Thao loves travelling, flowers, flower arrangements, and reading.
