Tam serves as Vietnam based Coordinator responsible for day-to-day support of the HEEAP (Higher Engineering Education Alliance Program), including, but not limited: stakeholder communication and coordination, implementation of program and workshop activities, training and event planning.
Tam holds a Bachelor of International Business Administration from the Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City and received her LLM in International Trade & Commercial Law, in the United Kingdom. She is good at research and analysis, active in learning and searching new solutions.
Prior to joining ASU, Tam has worked for several NGOs in different fields, such as: CSR programs, rural development, trade promotion, etc.
