Jose A. Quiroga serves as the Associate Director at the Office of Global Outreach and Extended Education in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. His key focus is on the management of the Higher Engineering Education Alliance Program (HEEAP) as well as supporting the development of global projects that promote Public-Private Partnerships and Industry/University consortia. Prior to joining HEEAP, Jose worked in the ASU Office of the President, coordinating the University’s relations with international institutions and governments in the fields of research, entrepreneurship, and academic programs. Jose A. Quiroga is certified in Six Sigma, holds a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University.
