On Friday, December 16th, 2011, U.S. and Vietnamese leaders gathered at Arizona State University to discuss how to transform higher education in Vietnam. ASU President Michael Crow welcomed Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training Vice Minister Nguyen Vinh Hien, along with several industry and academic leaders, and engaged in a dynamic discussion on higher education strategies, challenges and opportunities.
